Zareen Hand-embroidered Georgette Saree

What makes this saree special 

Crafted on pure georgette, this mint green masterpiece belongs to the Naksh by Kalaaya signature collection-where rare textile heritage meets high-fashion artistry.

This piece isn’t just single-thread embroidery-it combines multiple complex embellishment techniques applied over delicate fabric. The micropaillette sequin placement outlines the outer edge and fills the areas completely. The amber and multi-toned jewel embellishments at the flower centers and lattice intersections are hand-beaded onto delicate georgette requiring precise needle control. Fine metallic couching frames the floral petals and grids, securing thread and bead structures in place. The body is fully decorated with slender trailing vines embroidered in thin white thread balancing the minimalism perfectly.

Inspired by the grandeur of royal tapestries, the saree’s hem is rich with hand-jewelled sequin and stones shimmering throughout the saree border. This opulent artistry softens into delicate Parijat-inspired white vine embroidery balancing regal craftsmanship with effortless grace.
